Clients

Austin Rose believes that recruitment should not simply be a transactional process. We aim to provide a consultative approach to all of our dealings with our clients in order to add real value. Sometimes this means challenging the pre-conceptions of our clients in order to come to a successful and positive result. This is important to us and we believe it is something that our clients attach great importance to: that’s why they keep coming back to us again and again.

Austin Rose is a team of specialists focussed purely on public practice recruitment. This allows our consultants to immerse themselves into the market with the aim of being a reliable source of information and understanding of the complex dynamics that affect our client’s ability to secure suitable talent.

The hard work that the team put into our client relationships is mirrored by the service that we provide to our candidates. The time, effort and dedication that our consultants show our candidates mean that a significant proportion of our new candidates have come to us through recommendations. We are immensely proud of the fact that many candidates will recommend our service, but also understand the value to our clients of them being able to access these often exclusively registered individuals.
