Description
Our client, a progressive mid tier accountancy firm, is looking to recruit an Audit Manager to join its growing team. The client base will mostly be focused on commercial businesses, included FSA regulated organisations, with around 30% being focused on charities and the not for profit sector. In addition this role will play a major part in the continuing growth of the academies client base that has been a successful sector for this firm.

With an extremely positive, supportive work environment and excellent opportunities for rapid progression to Audit Senior Manager in the short to medium term, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a firm that they can commit to for the medium to long term.

The successful candidate will:
- be either an Audit Manager or experienced Assistant Manager
- have exposure to charities clients (they will also consider someone with a completely not for profit client base who wants to move more into the commercial sector)
- have proven portfolio management experience (preferably with a fee income in excess of £350k)
- be experienced in dealing with a predominantly audit focused workload (c70-80%)
- preferably have exposure to Caseware

In exchange you will have the opportunity to work as an Audit Manager for a firm that will give you an enjoyable job role and the potential for progression in an environment that you will want to remain in for the long term.

Please call me to discuss this role further or apply on line for immediate consideration.
