Are you an audit senior looking for your first move into corporate finance? Do you have a strong understanding of the owner managed business market, strong communication skills and the ability to deal comfortably with people at all levels from CEO to bookkeepers? Your responsibilities will include:
- preparing company and brand valuations using a variety of recognised methods
- liaising with clients to produce forecasts, business models and business plans
- producing reports for clients and external documents for companies going to market
As the successful candidate you will:
- be ACA/ACCA qualified
- preferably have some exposure to corporate finance (not essential)
- have the ability to work autonomously whilst managing a number of jobs at once
- be comfortable in report writing, using clear and concise english
- have strong communication skills
