Are you looking to get into a Corporate Tax Advisory role but are finding that you need the experience in order to gain the experience? If so this could be a great route in. Our client, a Top 20 firm in the City, is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to step into a Supervisor/Assistant Manager role. It will be based in their advisory department focussing on project work and complex tax issues within general practice. About 80% advisory based, the compliance work in the role will predominantly come from a smaller number of large clients.
The firm has a great mix of being a traditional close-knit team as well as encouraging an entrepreneurial and commercial outlook. In addition they are well known in the industry for having a fantastic environment and culture where their employees experience a great work life balance whilst still gaining invaluable experience.
As the successful candidate you will need to be/have:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with at least 1 - 2 years post qualification UK practice experience in Corporate or Mixed Tax
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong academic record
