Are you a Senior Manager who is seeking a role offering a more definite route for progression to Partner?
Working initially as a PA to Partner, you will manage a portfolio of c£700k covering a mix of audit, accounts and tax. With a client base covering the SME market with a particular focus on media and entertainment clients, as well as consulting firms, LLPs and HNWIs.
With one of the more senior partners, with an exceptionally large client portfolio, due to retire in the next 5 years the firm is seeking to create a succession plan that allows a smooth transition of portfolio management. Therefore this position offers a real potential for a move into a partnership role with a strong client base.
The firm is part of a larger practice network which is heavily acquisitive and growing rapidly which will also offer partnership opportunities within the group in the coming years. You will be required to prove your ability to take on a high profile role within the firm, both from a client management and portfolio development perspective.
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and at the Manager/Senior Manager level and have experience of managing a general practice portfolio of £500k and above, as well as experience of generating business both from your existing client base and from new clients.
