Accounts Manager - Top 50 Firm - London
Our client, a large accountancy firm in North London currently require an experienced Client Manager.
Working closely with a number of partners, you will be assigned sections of their portfolios, a number of which are high profile clients to manage. Clients sectors include: Charities, Construction, Media & Entertainment, Property and Financial Services.
As the successful candidate you would manage aspects of very large portfolios, providing a proactive and advisory focused service covering all elements of their finances including statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, business management, personal and corporate tax advice, corporate finance etc.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with clients from the entertainment industry, however, this is not essential.
To be considered for this Accounts Manager position, you must:
- Be ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 12 months post-qualified experience
- Have at least 2/3 years’ experience of working within a UK accountancy firm
- Be vastly experienced in the preparation & review of statutory accounts
- Have good people / management skills
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the client facing and advisory nature of being the first point of contact for clients and who is comfortable managing and developing a team. As part of the advisory nature of the role, should the successful candidate wish to study further to aid their technical knowledge e.g. CTA, the firm would proactively support this although it is not a necessity.
