If so, we may have the role for you... Our client, a Top 20 Firm in Surrey are looking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary to join their growing Company Secretarial Services team. Reporting to the Director of Company Secretarial you will be providing support to the day to day management of company secretarial services to a portfolio of over 300 clients.
This role offers excellent progression and full study support from the firm for the ICSA.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a recent LLB degree
- Have a keen interest in company law and corporate governance
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
- Potentially have previous experience in a Company Secretarial role
