Audit Manager - City of London - Top 20 Firm - NFP

Are you an Audit Manager with experience of NFP clients who wants to progress quickly up to Senior Manager and possibly Partnership, whilst immersing themselves within the charitable sector? Would you like to work within an extremely well established NFP team who have recently won a number of exciting tenders for prestigious charity clients which has seen them beat some of the biggest players in the market? If so this role may be for you.

Our client is a very well established and fast growing Top 20 Firm, who have a strong NFP team who work with very high profile charities as well as smaller NFP organisations. The firm is looking to recruit a driven individual for the Manager role, reporting directly to the Partners, with a focus on developing the more junior members of the team as well as having a large say in the future strategic focus of the firm. The role would primarily be focused on the audit side of the teams workload, but they are also looking for this person to work closely with the Advisory Partner in managing different assignments. There would also be the chance for the person to get involved in business development and tendering exercises.

As an Audit Manager you will:

Be ACA/ACCA qualified
Have at least 6 years' experience working in an accountancy practice
Be comfortable managing a portfolio of NFP/Charity clients
Be experienced in managing staff and allocating work
Demonstrate the drive and skills to become a Partner in the near future
Have a strong interest in the NFP/Charity sector
