Are you working in a small or medium sized accountancy firm and interested in joining a Big 4 firm in order to audit some of the world's leading businesses? Do you want household brands on your CV as well as great technical exposure to FTSE 100 listed clients, international groups and IFRS? Would you prefer to join within an induction programme that last up to 3 months and is tailored to your current experience? If so, this could be the opportunity for you to significantly enhance your career!
Our client, arguably the most positive Big 4 firm to work for in the UK, has created an induction programme specifically tailored to the needs of an auditor joining from a small or medium sized firm. It's a perfect route for someone seeking to enter the world of the large corporates in an environment that promotes a positive work life balance and has a real passion for diversity and inclusion.
The programme extends to the majority of their UK offices to include: Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading and Southampton.
The firm is less concerned about your academic background and specific experience as they are purely seeking individuals who can demonstrate the ability to adapt to the Big 4 environment and the large-scale clients. They will consider candidates who:
- Are qualified ACA / ACCA, or soon to do so
- Experience of working within a UK practice environment
- Have decent exposure to audit and the ability to adapt to larger clients
All new auditors joining the firm will spend between 4 and 12 weeks in training before commencing client work and there will be a number of intake dates between September 2021 and January 2022.
The firm will also offer ACA finalists a conditional offer if they are still waiting for the results of their final exams.
If you are looking for a Big 4 Audit Senior job in Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading or Southampton, please contact Austin Rose, the public practice recruitment specialists.
