Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive (TS) to join their London office.
Our client is a well established firm, with recent PE backing. They are expanding their CF team at pace, as a result of a continued strong pipeline, and are looking for a TS Executive. As an urgent hire, it's expected this role will fill quickly.
This is a great opportunity to grow with the team, with the direct support of the Partners and you will have plenty of room to progress your career.
In this role you will be assisting clients on issues relating to supporting and advising them through the life cycle of their transaction. The firm has a strong buy side offering, so exposure to TS in this area would be an strong advantage.
Due to the growth, and as they expand out their offering, you would be well placed to gain exposure or transition into Lead Advisory work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting members of the CF team to enable them to provide strategic and technical advice and guidance to clients regarding acquisitions, disposals, and other M&A transactions
- Creating and reviewing financial models to assist in the evaluation of the business and prospects for a client, and the potential returns of a transaction
- Preparing and monitoring schedules and timetables for transactions
- Report writing, and support with pitches
The successful candidate needs to:
- Be ACA qualified or have relevant corporate finance qualifications
- Have around 12 months exposure to TS - preferably buy-side
- Demonstrate interest in OMBs and the markets in which they operate
