Corporate Finance Manager position - Stratford - Top 100 Firm - Mixed M&A/Transaction Services

Are you a Transaction Services Executive, Associate or Assistant Manager or Manager seeking a move to a firm where you can support an entire deal from initial scoping to client ready reports?

Are you a TS Exec/AM or Manager looking to move to role where you can do 50% M&A and 50% TS?

Our client, a practice firm in London, are growing their CF team at pace. This is a great time to join and be part of their continued success.

Due to recent PE backing they are looking for a TS professional that wants to move into a full end to end Corporate Finance AM or Manager role. This is a great opportunity that doesn't come around often, and will allow you to be a full CF financier.

Deal size is generally £1m-50m, sector agnostic, working with a number of substantial firms and PE clients.

Your responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Manager will include:

Working closely with the partners to help shape and deliver an ambitious growth strategy.
Increasing their market profile, expanding the deal-related service offering and rapidly growing the team.
Helping prepare deals from inception to client ready reports.
Completing FDD assignments in a fast paced team
Assist with pitching and preparation of proposals.

As a Corporate Finance Manager you will:

Have worked in transaction services for 2-4 years
An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant TS experience.
