Our client a leading international firm of accountants are seeking to recruit a Corporate Tax Advisory Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager to join their advisory team.
The role will focus on tax advisory services for corporate clients and their shareholders. The role will involve direct interaction with Partners and will be client facing.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Tax due diligence on the acquisition of companies
- Corporate Tax reconstructions
- Knowledge of international tax principles
- Loan relationship rules
- Advisory shareholders and companies with regards to EIS and SEIS reliefs
The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE with excellent knowledge of CT compliance and previous experience in a client facing role.
