Corporate Tax Director – Edinburgh – Top 20 Firm

Corporate Tax Director Responsibilities include:
- Whilst the annual corporate tax compliance is the key focus of the role, tax planning will arise as a matter of course across this diverse portfolio of clients.
- This will include areas such as group tax planning, property planning, capital allowances, CFC and residency matters, corporate interest restriction, R&D tax credits and s455 tax planning.
- Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
- Work closely with the Partner on stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support and due diligence.
As a Corporate Tax Director, you will:
- Be CTA qualifiedHave over 9 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients
- Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships
- Demonstrable experience in developing business and creating key relationshipsHave excellent staff management skills
- Have experience of onboarding new clients including leading projects and providing trainingIdeally have mix of 50% Compliance and 50% Advisory
