If so, this role as a front-desk secretary, for an accountancy firm in Finchley, could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you will join a vibrant and forward-thinking firm to ensure an excellent front of house service. You will greet clients and visitors, both in person and on the phone, in a welcoming and courteous manner, as well as complete general admin duties when required. You will manage electronic diaries and deal with email/letter correspondence. Additionally, some audio typing will be required.
The successful candidate will:
- Be reliable, presentable and courteous
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Have the ability to prioritise and organise well
- Be IT literate
