Are you a proactive and organised graduate with 1- 2 years' administrative experience in a corporate environment? Are you keen to join a leading professional services practice offering a progressive route within HR?
Our client, an extremely commercial firm of chartered accountants, is currently seeking an HR Assistant to join their team in London.
You will mainly be supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks, such as organising new starters & leavers, diary management, assistance with salary reviews and recruitment. There is scope within this role to gain exposure to all elements of HR and develop in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector.
As a prospective candidate you should:
- Have 1-2 years' administrative or HR experience within a corporate environment
- Preferably be working in a professional practice firm (accountancy, law, medical, architecture etc.)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be comfortable conducting meetings and attending social events
