Are you a proactive and commercially focused HR generalist seeking a HR Assistant role that offers a fantastic challenge as well as an obvious route for progression?
Our client, an extremely commercial firm of chartered accountants, is currently seeking an HR Assistant to join their team which is expanding due to a period of organic growth.
You will be supporting both internal stakeholders as well as advising external clients. As such this opportunity will enable you to get involved in assisting with the recruitment and selection process for new employees including liaising with recruitment agencies, setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence. The HR function is becoming more automated and therefore you would be expected to be systems focused and support the HR Advisor & Manager in computerising the firm’s records and keeping the database maintained. As a prospective candidate you should:
- Be ideally CIPD Part-Qualified and educated to degree level
- Have 1-2 years’ experience within an HR environment
- Preferably be working in a professional practice firm (accountancy, law, medical etc.)
