Are you currently working on a role with a high percentage of audit and looking to do more of a mixed role? Would you like to get involved in corporate finance as well as royalties and tax credits? Does working with well known musicians, actors and athletes appeal to you? If so, this may be the role for you.

Our client, a vibrant music and media specialist firm in the West End are looking for someone with an audit background to fulfil a diverse role with an exciting client base. The mix of work is very varied and likely to be around 50% Accounts, 20% Audit, 20% Corporate Finance, 5% Ad Hoc and 5% Management and Review. Around 1/3 of the clients are music, with the rest of the portfolio focusing on creative industries, to include TV and film, sport, talent management, HNW clients, fashion and design.

The role will include financial statements preparation as well as audits up to around £10m. The audits will be relatively hands on with the requirement to go on site. The corporate finance element of the role includes due diligence, valuations, financial projections and related management assignments and the ad hoc work will include assurance, tax credits & royalties which you will be trained in if you haven't previously had dealings in these areas. Part of the role is also to review some team member files and manage the department weekly work-flow.

The successful candidate will be:

- ACA or ACCA qualified

- Have a strong audit background in practice and experience with accounts

- Either experience with, or the desire to work with creative clients

This is a great role for someone who perhaps has a higher level of audit in their current role and is looking for less audit and more variety in their work, along with an exciting client base.
