Are you an experienced Narrative/Corporate Reporting Assistant Manager looking to make the move to Manager? Or are you a Corporate Reporting Manager who would like to help grow and shape a new division within a Top 10 Firm? Our client is looking for a Manager to join their Accounting and Technical Reporting Team.

Our client, a top 10 practice firm, are growing their Accounting Technical team to cover the ever changing world of sustainability and narrative reporting.

It's an exciting time to join as you will help shape this new team with the support of the Head of Function who has considerable experience. Our client will consider candidates with no sustainability experience, but would require that you have a real passion and interest in this space - on the job training and support will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing technical advice to audit teams on corporate reporting law and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance against FRC rules and guidelines
  • Supporting with sustainability

The role provides the opportunity to learn on the job and to work across a broad range of sectors and areas including: financial and non-financial measures of business performance, the rapidly growing area of sustainability reporting, corporate governance and explaining business models and strategy.

As the successful candidate you will;

  • Hold a relevant qualification ACA, ACCA, CA etc
  • Experience of annual reports or checking reports against relevant regulations
  • Good technical understanding of accounting
