Are you an Outsourcing Manager wanting to specialise in Financial Services clients at a Top 10 London practice?

Our client is a rapidly growing Top 10 firm, with aims to reach a 1000 headcount in the near future. On an acquisition streak, the firm is constantly branching out into new client sectors, widening their offering and becoming a household name. Despite their size, they maintain a mid-tier feel, with small, dedicated specialist teams, as well as a strong link between managers and their teams.

Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:

Controlling the workflow on a portfolio of financial services clients.
Review and production of management accounts, FCA returns and VAT returns
Implementation and onboarding of new clients
Dealing with regular and ad-hoc queries as they arise and provision of these deliverables
Direct line management for a driven team of financial services professionals

As an Outsourcing Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified.
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience.
Be experienced in managing a portfolio of management accounts clients.
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff.
Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training.
Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the financial services sector.
