Are you a Corporate Restructuring Assistant Manager looking for a promotion? Or are you a Restructuring manager looking for a role where you can manage a portfolio of high-profile projects with lots of variety? If so, this could be the role for you.

Our client is a top accounting firm that deals with Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency and deals with some of the world's most interesting companies. As such this is an exciting and varied role which involves both Restructuring and Insolvency.

As the manager, you will look after your own team, projects and support the Directors and Partners on the more complex areas. In addition, there is the opportunity to support with business development to help broaden your experience and for your career progression.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing your own team against project timelines
  • Managing multiple projects and supporting in larger complex assignments to support the Director and Partner
  • Pre-pack, CVL's, CVA's and contingency planning reviews
  • Liaising with multiple external and internal teams
  • Reviewing restructuring business cases, and where needed, providing feedback and alternative solutions
  • Reviewing and preparing financial models and presentations for Director Sign off

As the successful candidate you will be expected to have;

  • Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW) an Insolvency qualification would be a bonus
  • Worked at Assistant Manager or Manage level and experience of managing a team
  • The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship
