Are you a Service Charge Accountant looking to develop your career within a fast-growing firm in North West London or even work remotely?
Our client, a medium sized accountancy firm based in North West London, are looking to recruit a Service Charge Auditor/Accountant as part of a phase of significant growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and completion of service charge audits under supervision within the Service Charge and Accounts Departments.
- Liaising with agents and client staff to complete assignments and clear queries.
- Completing all work assigned within budget to the required quality with minimal unresolved queries.
- Preparing service charge accounts in line with the latest guidance and specific to each agent / client requirements.
- Preparing fully compliant associated company accounts.
- Full completion of workings file, preparation of draft accounts and letter of representation.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years relevant experience within practice and within the service charge department.
- Demonstrate knowledge of TECH 03/11.
