Our client, a leading accountancy firm with a strong reputation in restructuring are gearing up for a strong period of activity and with an already strong pipeline of cases are seeking an Insolvency Director to join their team. The purpose of this role is to lead projects of various sizes, as well as being responsible for guiding junior team members and managing the team.
You will play a significant role in supporting the Partners with the management of their client portfolio and there will be a requirement to continue developing technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience and training.
In addition, you will be required to proactively seek out new work through existing contacts or building new networks.
The Business Restructuring team works on a wide variety of dynamic projects and the candidate will receive exposure to a large number of assignments across both the insolvency and advisory teams. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a constant variety of unique challenges.
The role requires an understanding of corporate insolvency procedures from start to finish, with a particular emphasis on Administrations, including pre-pack transactions. In addition, the successful candidate should also have a good understanding of Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements.
