The firm will not take on clients unless they already have the internal resources in place to complete the work. Ranging from start-up owner managed businesses to large, listed groups, the team works with clients in a broad range of sectors with particular strengths in property, financial services, retail, hospitality and philanthropic charities. You will be given early responsibility for managing smaller clients and are actively encouraged to support clients in dealing with their queries. The partner-led culture then allows you open access to discuss these issues with all levels of the firm in order to encourage your technical growth.

The work is not a purely compliance offering and you will be involved in a whole range of projects such as structure reviews and corporate finance deals.

The successful candidate will:

- Be ACA/ACCA qualified or about to be qualified

- Have experience of working on Audit clients with turnovers of £20m+

- Have the drive to progress your career with a mid-tier environment and a willingness to take on challenging work
