A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is sought for this specialist accountancy and finance recruitment consultancy as part of an exciting phase of expansion. Dealing with mid to senior level accountancy and finance professionals, we pride ourselves on being able to find the "best in the market" candidates for our clients with a focus on providing a quality service and building strong, long term relationships.
You will join as a candidate manager for an initial 3-6 month period before becoming a consultant. During this time you will be put through an extensive and thorough training programme. You will research the market to gain an understanding of how to find the best individuals available, identifying candidates who will potentially fit our client`s requirements. Whilst this is a sales role and will involve making outgoing sales calls as well as attending face to face client meetings and candidate interviews, we are seeking individuals who pride themselves on the quality of their work and wish to consult rather than sell. Therefore good communication skills and a professional and positive attitude are essential.
Ideally you will have some exposure to a sales or customer services role and be seeking a career rather than just a job. The company wishes to meet bright, ambitious individuals who wish to benefit from thorough training and development to become market leading recruiters in their own right.
In addition to the basic salary you will receive a market leading commission structure with unlimited earning potential in addition. You will also have the opportunity to increase your salary rapidly in line with your performance.
