You will join as a candidate consultant for an initial training period before becoming a full consultant. During this time you will be put through an extensive and thorough training programme. You will research the market to gain an understanding of how to find the best individuals available, identifying candidates who will potentially fit our client’s requirements. This is a sales role and will involve significant time on the telephone as well as attending face to face client meetings and candidate interviews. Therefore good communication skills and a professional and positive attitude are essential.

Ideally you will have some exposure to a telesales role or face to face sales and be seeking a career rather than just a job. The company wishes to meet bright, ambitious individuals who wish to benefit from thorough training and development to become market leading recruiters in their own right.
