Responsibilities

Prepare bookkeeping as required and draft bank payments while verifying supplier details
Raise sales invoices with careful consideration of domestic and international VAT and income tax implications
Perform reconciliation of client agent statements and accounting records
Review card payment transactions alongside supporting invoices and receipts
Prepare VAT returns and management figures to a high standard
Investigate and resolve complex queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
