We will ensure that your friend or colleague receives the highest level of service, and that you are rewarded for the referral.

Please email info@austinrose.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your referral's name
  • Their mobile number and email address
  • Their current job title and employer

 

 

What you will receive for a successful referral:

£500

Placed into a Part-Qualified role

£1,000

Placed into a Qualified role up to and including Manager level

£2,000

Placed into a Senior Manager role or above

If you have been placed in a position by us within the last six months, you are entitled to an additional £500 for each successful referral.

Please see the below terms and conditions for the referral scheme:

Eligibility:

  • Prior to sharing contact information, you must have permission to share your referral’s details
  • Referrals must be placed into a position by Austin Rose within six months of registration
  • Graduate, school leaver, entry-level, and temporary hires are not eligible for this referral programme
  • Referrals are only valid for individuals with whom Austin Rose has had no contact within the past 6 months

Probation and Payment:

  • The referral fee amount depends on the level at which the individual is placed
  • Referral fees will be paid only after the referred individual successfully completes the first 3 months of their placement
  • Referral fees must be claimed within six months after the successful completion of this initial three-month period
  • Each individual's tax situation is unique. It is your responsibility to determine whether you need to report and pay taxes on any 'Refer a Friend' payments and take the necessary action if required
