Accounts Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met efficiently
- Preparing financial statements and in compliance with relevant accounting standard and produce management accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive financial guidance
- Assisting clients with bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly Xero and other bookkeeping packages
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing support and training
As an Accounts Assistant Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified or QBE
- Have over 18 months’ post-qualified experience of reviewing accounts preparation assignments
- Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
