Accounts Manager responsibilities include:
- Playing a vital part in shaping client success, driving team performance
- Leading the delivery of a premium service and high-quality outcomes to our SME clients
- Managing job profitability and efficient delivery with agreed budgets
- Taking responsibility of a portfolio of clients, overseeing project timelines, billing, and client care
- Develop strong, trusted relationships and act as a primary point of contact
- Working with clients to deliver practical solutions to issues they face
- Training and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback, with opportunities to line manage
As an Accounts Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
