Accounts & Outsourcing Assistant – Inverness – Top 20 Firm

Accounts & Outsourcing Assistant responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices and performing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining client accounting records
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing management accounts
• Preparation of year-end financial statements for a wide variety of businesses
• Carrying out and reviewing ad hoc tasks such as cash flows, budgets and information for third parties

As an Accounts & Outsourcing Assistant, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified, or AAT Qualified (Ideally with first time passes)
• Have at least 18 months experience including accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns
• Demonstrate the desire to complete your qualification

In return, as an Accounts & Outsourcing Assistant, you will receive:

• 35-hour week
• paid overtime
• hybrid working (50% working from home)
