The firm act as a business partner, helping their clients achieve their goals, whilst materialising further goals for the future.  They are recruiting for an Accounts and Outsourcing Associate Director in their Manchester office!

Accounts & Outsourcing Associate Director responsibilities include:

• Working directly with clients through a team of supervisors, seniors and trainees
• Maintaining good client relationships
• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Developing and progressing of your team

As an Accounts & Outsourcing Associate Director, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts, management accounts and accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff

In return, as an Accounts & Outsourcing Associate Director, you will receive:

• 35-hour week
• paid overtime
• 28 days holiday
• hybrid working (50% working from home)
• 8% pension
• up to 15% bonus
