Accounts & Outsourcing Manager– Boutique Creative Accountants – London
Are you an Accounts Assistant Manager or Manager seeking an opportunity to work with musicians? Do you want to work in a client facing role that offers a diverse workload?
Our clients are looking for someone to join their team as a Manager. The position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of music clients whilst support a team of around 5.
Our client specialises in the entertainment industry and more specifically the music industry. They cover a wide range of clients, some performing in the largest international stadia and others in intimate local venues. Amongst their client base are many household names (whose records adorn the open plan offices) meaning that a lot of the work you will be conducting will be with HNWIs. The firm’s strength is within the music sector however the clients often have ancillary business which they own / run. Their largest clients have annual turnovers of £30m. The firm itself has 2 Directors and a total staff number of c.40. A majority of their clients come by referrals due to their reputation within the market and as such the firm has enjoyed a steady period of growth.
Accounts & Outsourcing Manager responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Identifying new leads and onboarding clients
- Liaise with Music Agencies and Management
- Foreign withholding tax authority applications
- Cashflow forecasts and cash positions
As an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
