Accounts Senior – City of London – 5 Partner Firm

Are you either an ACCA finalist or newly qualified Accountant seeking exposure to larger more technical clients?

Our client a 5 Partner firm based in central London they are an approachable firm, offering a wide range of first-class services which are not only technically excellent but also delivered in a personal and friendly way. Their clients range from Shipping companies, Architects, Construction, Retail, Investment companies & Sole Traders with turnovers ranging up to £200mil.

Accounts Senior responsibilities include:

• Successfully preparing statutory year end accounts including a few sets of consolidation accounts
• Preparing corporation tax computations and CT600
• Supervising and reviewing work of up to 4 juniors
• Assisting on audits were needed
• Supporting Partners with the growth of the firm

As an Accounts Senior, you will:

• Be ACCA newly qualified or finalist
• Have 2-3 years’ experience within practice
• Have experience of reviewing accounts preparation assignments
• Have experience with FRS102 & FRS102 1A
• Demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team

Audit experience would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided
