Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant you will:

Manage the end-to-end preparation, finalisation, and review of corporate accounts and tax returns (FRS 102 and FRS 105) for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Prepare complex personal tax returns and oversee statutory filings with Companies House and HMRC.
Deliver technical tax research and client advisory alongside Partners and Managers, including guidance on creative sector incentives.
Supervise, train, and review the work of a dedicated 16-person team, mentoring junior accountants and trainees.
Oversee key client relationships, handling day-to-day accounting queries and advisory matters for high-growth businesses and entrepreneurs.
Utilize leading accountancy software tools including CCH Accounts Production and Xero to deliver high-efficiency reporting.
