Associate, IB - Healthcare

In the UK, they operate from a high-performing London hub, offering a collaborative environment that focuses on providing independent, value-add advice to entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity investors.

Healthcare Investment Banking M&A Associate responsibilities

? Manage the day-to-day execution of Healthcare M&A transactions, including both buy-side and sell-side mandates.

? Construct complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and merger analyses, to support valuation and transaction structuring.

? Lead the preparation of high-quality deal documentation, such as teasers, Information Memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations.

? Act as a primary point of contact for clients and bidders, managing the due diligence process and data room coordination through to completion.

As the successful candidate you will 

? Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or a Corporate Finance lead advisory team.

? Be ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic background and deep understanding of financial statements.

? Demonstrate advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets under tight deadlines.

? Possess a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to contribute to business development and sector-specific research.
