As an Assistant Manager you will:

Own and manage a diverse client portfolio with minimal support from senior staff, acting as a trusted adviser to build enduring relationships.
Drive the full audit cycle from initial planning through to close-out meetings, actively directing and managing your audit teams on-site.
Assist with managing staff resourcing across audits throughout the year, working closely with Partners and fellow managers.
Work closely with the management team to deliver departmental work planning, staff appraisals, and structured technical guidance.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
Demonstrate a comprehensive, working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Possess significant experience in auditing and advising clients across a variety of industry sectors.
Have proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding junior team members through their professional development.
