Are a newly qualified Auditor looking to progress to Assistant Manager for a leading Top 10 firm?

Our client is a Top 10 practice with award-winning progression pathways, a diverse client base and inclusive culture. With 5,000 staff operating from over 30 UK based offices, they have a global reach, offering their staff overseas secondment opportunities and exposure to an international client base.

Audit Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

• Driving audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards
• Mentoring junior staff and enhancing team performance
• Leading client interactions, delivering exceptional service
• Identifying and resolving audit issues proactively
• Streamlining processes for improved efficiency and quality

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have experience of leading audits from planning to completion
• Demonstrate the ability to lead staff during an audit

In return, as an Audit Assistant Manager, you will receive:

• paid overtime
• 25 days holiday
• 10am-4pm core hours
• hybrid working (50% working from home)
