Audit Director responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Responsible Individual (RI) for audit assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service
- Leading and managing audit teams, overseeing planning, execution, and finalization of audits in line with firm and professional standards
- Ensuring audits are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
- Overseeing and reviewing preparation of financial accounts, working with clients on year-end accounts and tax compliance
- Providing strategic guidance on financial reporting and accountancy practices
As an Audit Director, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have, or soon be getting RI status
- Have over 6 years’ post-qualified experience
- Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
- Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
