As an Audit Manager you will:

Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of a proactive, exceptional quality audit and advisory service.
Review audit assignments completed by the team, ensuring the firm’s strict quality control procedures and professional standards are maintained.
Identify complex technical accounting and auditing issues on assignments and formulate practical, effective solutions.
Participate directly in tenders and proposals for new business opportunities to expand the firm's market footprint.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Demonstrate proven experience effectively managing a client portfolio within a public practice environment.
Possess substantial experience coaching on the job, mentoring colleagues, and delivering constructive feedback to support team progression.
