Audit Manager responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing external audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Supervising and reviewing audit teams' work, ensuring compliance with auditing standards
- Building strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the audit process
- Delivering clear audit findings and recommendations to clients
- Managing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional development
As an Audit Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
- Experience auditing SMEs; exposure to AIM-listed clients is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISAs
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
