Audit Manager - Gants Hill or Mayfair - Flexible Working

Our client are a fast-growing £2.5m turnover accounting firm based from three London offices (Berkley Square, the Gherkin and Gants Hill). The firm have c15 client facing staff in the UK with c60 staff based in their office in Pakistan. Each client Manager in the UK has a support team assisting them from Pakistan which runs efficiently and provides quality support. The firm has developed an excellent marketing and business development structure that generates a significant amount of new client work and the firm have exciting plans for expansion.

Audit Manager responsibilities include:

Leading audits, taking responsibility for all aspects of file completion
Planning, the execution of the work, drafting of correspondence and billing
Planning work and allocating appropriate resources to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Reviewing audits and financial statements from the outsourced team in Pakistan, including feedback.
Managing a team of 2-3 in the UK & overseas teams.
Assisting in ad-hoc financial advisory projects for clients.

Audit Manager requirements Include:

ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA Qualified
Strong general practice background, with at least 50% audit in current role
Confidence in dealing with HMRC, bankers and investment managers
Demonstrable experience in client management
Strong communication skills
Broad client experience beneficial - HNWIs, FCA regulated, from start-ups to £100m turnover clients
