Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, you will:

Manage a high-value client portfolio of commercial, multinational, and listed entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely completion.
Lead all stages of the audit process, perform comprehensive technical reviews, and directly advise partners on formal audit opinions.
Oversee, mentor, and actively contribute to the professional development and motivation of audit teams and trainees.
Identify new commercial opportunities from existing portfolios and support strategic business development initiatives, including networking events.
Anticipate and resolve significant accounting issues under IFRS and FRS 102, proactively recommending practical solutions to clients.
Spearhead critical project and special work as required, including due diligence, reporting accountant work on IPOs, litigation support, and fraud investigations.
Assist with the operational running of the division, including resource management, trainee appraisals, and staff recruitment interviews.
