Audit Manager/Senior Manager – Top 10 Firm – Southampton

Audit Manager/Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
Supervise and mentor audit teams, conduct appraisals, support career development
Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as main point of contact
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK auditing standards (FRS 102, ISA, etc.)
Oversee WIP, billing, and engagement budgets
Support business development through proposals, pitches, and expanding client services
Ensure quality, risk management, and adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements

As a Audit Manager/Senior Manager you will be/have:

ACA or ACCA Qualified
Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
