Audit Manager/Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor audit teams, conduct appraisals, support career development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as main point of contact
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK auditing standards (FRS 102, ISA, etc.)
- Oversee WIP, billing, and engagement budgets
- Support business development through proposals, pitches, and expanding client services
- Ensure quality, risk management, and adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements
As a Audit Manager/Senior Manager you will be/have:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
