Audit Methodology Manager – Top 15 Firm – City of London

Audit Methodology Manager responsibilities include:
- Providing advice to audit teams regarding audit methodology, auditing standards compliance, Companies Act and similar requirements, and financial reporting standards (e.g., FRS102, IFRS).
- Work with colleagues in developing guidance, training, audit methodology, client facing advice and other materials to support the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Engage with a range of stakeholders and manage projects in a collaborative manner.
As an Audit Methodology Manager, you will:
- Hold a relevant and recognised accountancy qualification and have at least five years’ relevant experience.
- Have either experience of working in a technical team environment or recent experience in external audit with a strong interest in audit/financial reporting technical matters.
- Have strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Be a highly skilled, client-focussed, communicator who has an exceptional track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
