This is an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior who wants to develop quickly, gain exposure to more complex assignments, and work closely with experienced managers and partners. You’ll be joining a collaborative and people-focused team known for investing heavily in staff development, providing clear progression pathways, and encouraging a balanced approach to work.

Audit Senior Responsibilities:

Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio including SMEs, group structures, charities, and larger corporate clients
Supervising and developing junior staff, supporting their training and review processes
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact during the audit cycle
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and supporting documentation
Identifying opportunities to add value and improve clients’ financial controls and processes
Working closely with managers and partners on more technical or complex engagements

As an Audit Senior, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist) with strong audit experience gained in practice
Have 3+ years’ experience leading audits and working with a mixed client base
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships confidently
Be organised, proactive, and eager to progress your technical and leadership skills
