As a {Role Title} you will:

Take a lead on or manage the full audit lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion and final review.
Review the work of junior colleagues and trainees, providing thoughtful feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
Manage and prepare audit jobs to meet meaningful and realistic budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery for a varied portfolio in the SME sector.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering bespoke advice and support to help them make courageous business decisions.

As the successful candidate you will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience within an external audit environment in public practice.
Demonstrate the ability to lead audit engagements and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
Possess strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Have experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to foster a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Receive

Salary of £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
22 or 25 days annual leave plus a birthday day off
