Responsibilities

Manage an elite portfolio of clients, acting as the primary relationship lead and commercial advisor.
Oversee accounts preparation, complex tax compliance, and comprehensive financial reporting across your team.
Allocate workflow effectively, ensuring all tight reporting deadlines and strict quality standards are achieved.
Review and sign off technical work, maintaining full compliance with both statutory and internal standards.
Manage commercial operations effectively, focusing on billing, WIP, and resource allocation to support profitable delivery.
Collaborate across specialised internal sectors, including Tax and Royalties, to ensure a seamless, joined-up service.

Requirements:

ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
Experience supervising and mentoring team members
Strong experience working with clients within the music sector
