Business Tax Manager – Top 40 Firm – London
Are you a Business Tax Manager with previous experience with property clients seeking to move to a specialist property focused role?
Our client is a fast-growing Top 40 firm, with over 500 staff based in their city office. An award winning firm, with a progressive and supportive culture, this firm has great retention of staff, demonstrated by their plethora of home-grown partners.
Business Tax Manager responsibilities will include:
- Managing the corporation tax compliance process for a portfolio of corporate clients including both standalone clients and groups
- Tax advisory to partners and clients including:
- Structures – company, LLP, etc.;
- Restructuring;
- Group tax planning;
- International matters;
- Venture capital tax reliefs;
- Corporate and property acquisitions and disposals; and
- Tax sections due diligence reports.
- Responsible for managing billing and work in progress;
- Team responsibilities including line management for junior staff
- Involvement in business development of the firm including attending networking events and opportunity to join a sector group.
As a Business Tax Manager you will be/have:
- CTA qualified
- Over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
- Worked on advisory projects
