Client Manager responsibilities

Act as a commercial sounding board for a diverse portfolio, providing strategic guidance, P&L analysis, and cash flow management.
Oversee the accuracy of financial data and ensure all statutory submissions, accounts, and VAT returns are delivered well ahead of deadlines.
Lead and mentor junior team members, utilising effective delegation to ensure seamless service delivery and team development.
Identify business development opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance the firm’s service offering.

As the successful candidate you will

Be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified with significant experience within a professional practice or commercial environment.
Possess a solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to provide high-level strategic advice and commercial "second opinions."
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with business owners.
Have a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio while meeting high quality standards.

In exchange you will receive

Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
